MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

Hello! My name is Jon Massey and I am the founder of Grand Exploration. Starting in 2021 I decided to start the Grand Exploration YouTube channel to share my off-road adventures in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Learning to film full length videos and understanding how to edit them proved to be a challenge at first, but my desire to please and cater to the viewer is a trait I have carried with me for over twenty years in the customer relations industry. Starting in restaurants to valet and hotel services on Rodeo drive and Beverly Hills. Not long after my first video upload, I knew I had discovered my passion. It wasn’t filming and it wasn’t off-roading, even though these came in at a strong 2nd and 3rd place. It was serving others. I prayed and asked God how I could turn this into a business and help others at the same time. More than just entertaining them with a video a week on YouTube and pretty soon, I started getting messages from subscribers asking if they could join me on my adventures.

Whether it be because they wanted to learn or they just wanted to find people to go out with. Hearing this lit the fuse in my brain. Lets give people the adventure of a lifetime! Lets take people to epic locations off the beaten path, experience scenery that most will never see in person, lets cook them delicious meals and more importantly lets build bonds and friendships to last a lifetime. As a man of faith and a believer in Jesus Christ, I firmly believe that our Lord puts these opportunities in our path and the desire to serve others on our heart. With that said, It would be my honor to serve you and lets go get our tires dirty!
